Yoga is not just one posture or exercise, it is an Art and Science for healthy living. Our school organised a group Yoga Session for students to celebrate International Yoga Day on 21st June 2022. Yoga Trainer, Ms. Karthiayani explained about the benefits of Yoga in our daily life. Students were asked to do some Asanas like Bhujangasana, Ardhakati chakrasana, Shoulder breathing, Thrikonasana, etc.
Principal, Rev. Fr. Byju Antony and Staff members also witnessed the session.
