Independence Day program was celebrated in our school with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor on 15th August, 2022. The Chief Guest of the day was Mr. Shamsudheen P. I, Station Officer, Fire and Rescue, Mukkam. Students’ representative delivered a genial welcome to the Chief Guest and all others. The Chief Guest unfurled and hoisted the flag in the presence of Principal, Rev. Fr. Byju Antony, Rev. Fr. Joseph, Vice Principal, Seby Mam, all the Staff and the Students. All saluted the flag and then sang National Anthem. The Chief Guest inspired the children to do good things and to be service minded. Principal delivered a short motivational and patriotic speech reminding the students to know lndia, love lndia and to give concern for others keeping away selfishness. Different types of programs were presented by the students such as March past, patriotic song, mass drill, mime, dances, etc. The celebration ended with vote of thanks and sweet distribution.
