Pallotti Hill Public School organized a Faculty Building Session for the teachers on 22.10.2022. The topic for the session was ‘Child Psychology and Moulding Generation Z in the Post Pandemic Era.’ The Resource Person was Mr. Philip Abraham, well-known Psychologist and Trainer. After Prayer, Principal Rev. Fr. Byju Antony delivered a warm and cordial welcome to the Resource Person and his team. The Session progressed with a good interaction about how teachers should be well equipped to deal with the Z generation children. The Session provided an insight on the various aspects of child psychology. A very beneficial academic environment was experienced by the participants. It was really a wonderful session enriching and intellectually stimulating for the participating faculty, emphasizing on the importance of having a right attitude towards the students, together with knowledge. The class ended with a vote of thanks.
