PTA General Body Meeting at Pallotti Hill Public School

On 10th August 2024, Pallotti Hill Public School hosted its PTA General Body Meeting, marking a significant occasion for fostering collaboration between the school and parents. The event was skillfully orchestrated by Nayana, a faculty member of the Communicative English department, who served as the Master of Ceremony. Her role was crucial in maintaining the meeting’s structure and ensuring a smooth flow of proceedings.The gathering began with a moment of reflection as Anges, faculty from the Primary Section led the attendees in prayer. This brief but meaningful segment set a positive and respectful tone for the discussions that followed.The PTA President, Mr. Joshy Sebastian, delivered an engaging welcome speech. In his address, he emphasized the vital role of the PTA in supporting the school’s initiatives and expressed appreciation for the active involvement of parents. His words helped underscore the collaborative spirit of the meeting.Following the welcome speech, the Manager of the school addressed the attendees. His presentation provided valuable insights into the school’s recent achievements and outlined plans for future developments. This address aimed to keep parents informed about the school’s progress and upcoming projects.The Principal then led a comprehensive discussion on the meeting’s agenda. During this session, the newly elected members of the PTA Executive Committee convened to formalize their roles and responsibilities.In this session, A P Muraleedharan was elected as the new PTA President, with Ms. Kripa Ranjith chosen as the Vice President.
