The KG Section Arts Day at Pallotti Hill Public School was held on the 4th of October, 2024, marking a day filled with vibrant performances and enthusiastic participation. The event began at 9:30 a.m. and was introduced by Ms. Sajna K P, Supervisor of the KG Section.The program commenced with a heartfelt prayer song performed by Nithya, setting a positive and spiritual tone for the day’s festivities. Following the prayer, Jayalakshmi extended a warm welcome to all attendees, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and engaged.The ceremonial lighting of the lamp followed, symbolizing the start of the Arts Day. The Principal Reverend Father Vipin , Ms Sebi Sebastian , Ms Anitha, Ms Sajna, two of our young students—Haniya and Advik Krishna— and Ms Shini participated in lighting the lamp, adding an aura of tradition and unity to the event.Next, the Principal addressed the gathering, appreciating the efforts of all involved in organizing the event and encouraging the students to explore their artistic talents. This was followed by the much-awaited performances.The first item of the day was a captivating single dance performance, which was met with applause and appreciation from the audience. This was followed by a delightful “Step with Mom” segment, where children danced alongside their mothers, showcasing a beautiful bond and the joy of performing together.The fancy dress competition added a colorful and imaginative dimension to the Arts Day, with children presenting a variety of creative themes. The effort and dedication put forth by the parents in preparing their children were evident and greatly appreciated by all.The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Sajna K P, who expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event, especially acknowledging the parents for their support and commitment.The event came to an end by 2:15 p.m., leaving behind cherished memories for the students, teachers, and parents alike.
