‘ Yoga is the art work of awareness on the canvas of body and soul.” On account of international yoga day( 21st June), our school organized a yoga- week program with the title ‘ Yoga- Ayush’ from 21st June,2021 to 26th June, 2021. Mrs. Usha the yoga instructor demonstrated the importance of yoga and showed postures of different yoga asanas. A quiz competition related yoga was also conducted for the students and the students were asked to observe yoga week and practise yoga. They were advised to send pictures of their yoga postures and the same were published in school’s you- tube channel. The response from the students were outstanding.
