Pallotti Hill Public school organized a program to celebrate World Environment Day. The principal and vice-principal along with all the faculty members and students participated in the program with full energy.
The aim behind organizing this program was to give awareness to people about keeping the environment clean and safe from pollution. The program started at 9 30 am. First we started with the assembly followed by the cultural activities. The cultural programs include a speech, a song about our nature, a dance to show the importance of protecting our nature and a fashion show competition where all the costumes were made with leaves, flowers, vegetables and fruits. The eco club incharge teachers gave saplings to Principal, Seby ma’am, Asha ma’am and class X student Sebin Sebastian and they planted the saplings with immense pleasure.
The program ended with a message from the Principal. He explained the importance of saving our mother earth and the natural resources like water, air, soil etc.
He also added that we should also motivate others to keep their environment clean free of pollution so that we can live a healthy life.
